CareBot's AI companions are not licensed therapists, psychologists, doctors, or medical professionals. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, please contact emergency services (911) or a crisis helpline (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.
All responses from CareBot are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for helpful, accurate, and empathetic responses, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should not rely on CareBot's responses as a substitute for professional advice.

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.

The CareBot app, including its design, AI models, content, features, and functionality, is owned by CareBot and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express permission.
You retain ownership of the content you provide to CareBot (messages, personal information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
CareBot uses an enhanced memory system that remembers context from your conversations to provide a more personalized experience. You can view, edit, and delete your stored memories at any time through the Memory Dashboard in the app.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile screen in the app. Upon deletion:

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
